2. Application Ratio
Note:
1.It is recommended to use the high temperature migration resistant color paste.
2.The total amount of color paste is recommended not to exceed 10%, otherwise it w ill fade or migrate.
3. Printing Process
3.1 Printing condition
A. It is recommended to operate under 40% to 70%humidity conditions,and pay attention to the effect of temperature on operability.When the humiditshuy is higher than 70%,the heating time shall be appropriately extended to avoid the surface becoming sticky and the washing fastness becoming poor;when the humidity is lower than 40%,1-2%moisturizer shall be added to prevent the screen from blocking.
B. Squeegee:55-65 hardness oily squeegee
C. Mesh:100-120 mesh
D. Curing conditions:130-135℃ for 2 minutes,or natural drying for 2-3 days.
