2.Application Ratio
2.1 It needs to add 1%PC200 additives when use this product.
2.2 Ensure the printing surface is dry and not wet before printing the covering paste.
3.Printing Process
3.1 Printing condition
A. It is recommended to operate under 40% to 70%humidity conditions,and pay attention to the effect of temperature on operability.When the humiditshuy is higher than 70%,the heating time shall be appropriately extended to avoid the surface becoming sticky and the washing fastness becoming poor;when the humidity is lower than 40%,1-3%moisturizer shall be added to prevent the screen from blocking.
B. Squeegee:55-65 hardness oily squeegee
C. Mesh:100-120 mes
D. Curing conditions:130-135℃ for 2 minutes
