3. Printing Process
3.1 Printing condition
A. It is recommended to operate under 40% to 70%humidity conditions, and pay attention to the effect of temperature on operability. When the humiditshuy is higher than 70%,the heating time shall be appropriately extended to avoid the surface becoming sticky and the washing fastness becoming poor;when the humidity is lower than 40%,1-3%moisturizer shall be added to prevent the screen from blocking.
B. Squeegee:55-65 hardness oily squeegee
C. Mesh:100-120 mesh
D. Curing conditions:130-135℃ for 60-90 seconds,or 135℃ pressing 10-15 seconds
