- 但显示屏显色原理与面料染料成色原理存在本质区别：屏幕依靠 RGB 三色电子光束混合成像，而染料是通过吸收特定光波、反射剩余光线呈现色彩。
屏幕上显示的色彩，无法完全还原到面料染料印花上；染料印花呈现出的细微色差，在屏幕上也难以直观体现。因此该方式仅能作为粗略调色参考，不能用于精准对色。

(2) Sew the fabric on the selected guide cloth (some companies may not have guide cloth), pay attention to the weft slant (the weft line is parallel to the sizing machine rollers as much as possible).
(3) Put the fabric through the sizing trough, through the rollers and start slowly.
(4) The fabric weft line should be parallel to the rollers as far as possible, and press both ends of the fabric into the transfer needle belt at both ends of the sizing machine.
(5) Speed and temperature adjustment according to fabric type and thickness; drying temperature should not exceed 90℃ as far as possible.
(5) Behind the sizing machine, there should be someone to receive the fabric. Look at the dry and wet condition of the fabric and see if the color of the fabric changes. High temperature of cotton fabric will turn yellow.
(7) When playing the roll, we should pay attention to pull the center of the fabric after loading the roller, to prevent the center of the fabric from becoming curved when playing the roll. The fabric should be flat and the two ends should be regular.
(8) If the rolled fabric is not used immediately, it should be put into plastic bag for preservation. Write the fabric title, customer information, sizing time and other information.
How is the anti-felt shrinkage packing skill?
Prevent or reduce the wool fabric in the washing and taking shortening deformation, so that the garment scale stable technical process called anti-felt shrinkage packing. Felt shrinkage of wool fabric is because the wool has the scale in the wet state has a large elongation and resilience, resulting in the simple occurrence of felt shortening after washing and scrubbing.
